Area Reports
A Tupll Area Report is a field guide to the character and operating environment around a location: who is there by day and by night, what clusters commercially, how people get around, and how the place actually works, all from measured public data with our interpretation clearly labeled.
This is a bonus, not our evaluation
An Area Report is not the Tupll site evaluation, and it does not predict revenue. It is a complimentary extra we produce for the locations our model flags as your strongest predicted-revenue zones, a way to make those places more colorful and easier to understand. The paid Tupll evaluation is the separate product that fuses an area with your own locations and sales to predict revenue for a specific site.
