Location Briefs

A Tupll Location Brief describes the area around a site: who is there by day and night, which businesses cluster nearby, and how people get around. Public data is cited. Our interpretation is labeled.

This is a bonus, not our evaluation

A Location Brief is not the Tupll site evaluation, and it does not predict revenue. It is a complimentary extra we produce for the locations our model flags as your strongest predicted-revenue zones, a way to make those places more colorful and easier to understand. The paid Tupll evaluation is the separate product that fuses an area with your own locations and sales to predict revenue for a specific site.
